The best plier`s in the world!, December 19, 2011
These plier`s are a must have for technician, mechanic, or do it yourself person. These plier`s have saved my butt more then once that`s for sure. Just 3 day`s ago I had a stripped oil drain plug on my car, so I go to a local retail store and purchase their stripped bolt removal tool. I get home, and try the tool, and it does nothing but make the head of the stripped bolt already worse.I grab these plier`s as my last resort, but the plier`s on the head of the bolt and they do just what they are supposed to do. They grab the bolt, and dig in to the bolt. One good push, and the bolt came loose right away! These plier`s will get a striped bolt out with NO problem. I can not wait to get the rest of the set of these plier`s. Don`t waste your money on over priced stripped, or broken bolt removal tool`s, just grab these plier`s, and you`ll be glad you did. I know I am!

Having a problem with a rounded off fastener? Can't get a socket or wrench to work on it? This tool is the answer. Heavy duty, solid, well made, highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest and original of the tools that Channellock is still making. And there's a darn good reason why it's still in production after all these decades. Excellent tool for turning any round stock up to about 1.12 inches in outer diameter. Tasks like turning and tightening 1 inch diameter black iron pipe or galvanized steel pipe. They also bite "in" to bust loose old and rusted rounded-off hardware and fasteners too. Designed to bite/grip harder the farther you turn them, just like the jaws of a pipe wrench, but in many ways better. A bit lighter than a pipe wrench and easier to use. And like all Channellock pliers, these are heafty and solidly built to hold up to hard daily use. A very versatile and professional grade handtool. After all these decades of using Channellocks core tools I find them to be the best on the market, they're also one of the very few of the high quality domestic plier makers still around.
