This is a great pair of mid-size pliers. Not to big, not to small. Like all Channellocks, they're rugged and well made. I like them for their versatility. The V jaw is able to securely hold any average size nuts and bolt heads with ease. The 422 is great pair of pliers. If you only buy one pair of pliers, give this model some serious consideration.
