Hello! My name is Jay Fahnestock, and I am the Production Manager at CWI.  We are a nonprofit organization that employs the disabled. About a month ago we had a local manufacturer call us up and wanted some wire cut up for salesman's samples – 40,000 to be exact. 

CWI had done this job in the past many times and used various other wire cutters to do the job. Well, I am the new guy in the organization, and I wanted to use what I had been using for the past 20 years and that was Channellock. I knew your pliers would be up to the task. 

I built a new jig for the workers to use and got the job done in a very timely manner. I was helping my staff disassemble the setup, and I thought wait, I want to take a picture. 

While I was disassembling the jig, I tested the pliers to see how they cut after 40,000 pieces of wire, and you know they cut just like the day I cut the first piece. The only thing that I noticed was the spring was half gone. 

I just thought you would like to know that we cut up some 7 miles of wire and did not have a single issue with your pliers. Thank you for making quality tools.
