All Claims for Returned Tool Replacement Subject to Decision of Channellock, Inc.

All CHANNELLOCK® pliers, wrenches, snips and drivers are warranted for material and/or workmanship. Tools are not warranted against abuse or wear from faithful service.

A: Yes. Please return items within 30 days of purchase.

A: Please allow up to 30 days to process returns or exchanges.

A: Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt to process warranty returns.

Q: Do I need a return merchandise authorization number?

Q: Do I need to pay a restocking fee?
A: No. Not applicable for warranty items.

Reasons for rejections of claims:

1. Wear and tear as a result of faithful use – Worn:

1a

Teeth will be very rounded. Joint will wobble causing cutting edges to pass or nose tips to close improperly.

1b

Tips will be rounded. Cutting edges can wear out or be abused. When closed and held up to light, holes may be seen between the cutting edges.

2. Damage resulting from alterations or tampering:

Re-filed or reground cutting edges. Drilled holes or welded surfaces.

2b

Both tips bent or broken. Hammer marks on head, joint, or handles.

3. Damage from contact with hot wires:

Often leaves a copper residue or scorched appearance.

3b

Often leaves a copper residue or scorched appearance.

4. Breakage from abuse or overload:

Pliers are deformed from improper use.

4b

Pry marks on the head or handles – evidence of a "cheater bar" being used.
