Built to solve the biggest issue in the category—trust—these levels deliver superior reliability
MEADVILLE, Pa., May 15, 2025—Channellock, Inc., a trusted name in professional-grade hand tools since 1886, is proud to unveil its new lineup of CHANNELLOCK® Levels and Layout Tools. This expansion features I-beam and box levels in magnetic and non-magnetic styles, with carpentry squares and billet torpedo levels arriving later this summer.
CHANNELLOCK® Levels are crafted to solve three jobsite pain points: unquestionable accuracy, durability, and visibility, the top demands voiced by professionals across the trades. While quality in this category is often inconsistent, this series brings a new level of trusted reliability to the market.
“We have always built tools that make life easier and more efficient for the American tradesmen,” said Ryan DeArment, EVP of Sales and Marketing at Channellock, Inc. “As we expanded our product line to include levels, we spent time on job sites, listened to plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other pros. We designed these levels to meet the real-world demands they face every day. Whether you're roughing in pipe, installing cabinets, or framing a wall, you can count on CHANNELLOCK® levels to perform."
With ±0.0005 in./in. accuracy in all ten working positions, key features include:
- Durable aluminum frames built for demanding job sites
- Impact-resistant end caps to protect against drops and wear
- High-contrast vial surrounds for fast, accurate readings in any light
- Available in sizes 24", 48",72", and 78", designed to meet every pro’s need
CHANNELLOCK® Levels will be available in May. Layout Tools, including rafter squares, combination squares, billet torpedo levels, a t-bevel, and a framing square, will roll out in August. For more information and to shop the new line, visit: https://www.channellock.com/levels-layout-tools/.
